Employability Platform Update
We’ve decided to discontinue our employability skills platform to allocate our technical resources toward delivering essential Wellbeing and SEND solutions to the sector. Our employability skills platform was well-received pre-Covid but the COVID-19 pandemic, rising living costs, and the Ukraine crisis have significantly altered the priorities of the Education and Hospitality sectors.
They’ve shifted from thriving to surviving in the face of ongoing crisis, especially when it comes to talent acquisition and retention. Our choice to discontinue support for the employability platform aligns with the challenges our clients are currently facing. Rest assured, we will continue to provide free access to our employability. For access, please contact us on email@example.com.
Addressing the pressing needs faced by the education sector today, we recognise the critical importance of enhancing the wellbeing of both staff and students, as well as providing essential SEND training for all teaching assistants. These challenges have far-reaching consequences, impacting recruitment, retention, performance, and overall job satisfaction.
Responding to our numerous academic partners’ requests, to meet these challenges, we offer two fully funded, CPD-accredited programs: Wellbeing Champion and SEND Teaching Assistant. Collaborating with leading MATs, we’ve tailored these courses to uplift individuals working in these areas, improving retention, recruitment, and performance.
