At BeReady we truly understand the huge pressures upon schools and academies and the obstacles that they face in upskilling staff.

We utilise the Apprenticeship Levy to remove the financial barrier to this challenge and by using the latest digital technology in tandem with our experienced and innovative skills coaches we deliver and embed learning, efficiently and effectively.

We work with thousands of schools and academies across the UK, enabling them to access funding to recruit, retain and develop staff.

Our education bespoke courses are all the result of requirements identified by MAT leaders and school staff and created by our sector experienced team in partnership with education advisory boards.

This collaborative approach ensures that our funded courses are helping schools and academies solve some their biggest current challenges including staff and student wellbeing, lack of SEND knowledge and expertise and financing QTS, whilst providing learners with informative and engaging content to propel their careers.

We understand that your most valuable resource is the staff that you employ. They are the essence and embodiment of everything that you represent and the reaction to Covid 19 demonstrated to the nation their true importance. It is for this reason that our services focus upon three pillars, to help you recruit, retain and develop these heroes.

For nearly a decade BeReady has served education; utilising its resources, expertise and networks to provide invaluable services for zero or minimal cost.

This has ranged from providing over 800 schools with Gatsby Benchmark meeting employability learning platforms, producing and distributing over 1,000 free online curriculum lessons during the first lockdown and recruiting almost 1,000 fully funded young adults to work in the sector.

All of this whilst providing thousands of our colleagues working in education with fully funded; MBAs, MAs, QTS, Wellbeing and SEND apprenticeship standards.
