Kickstart job roles

As an approved DWP Kickstart gateway dedicated 100% to education, we understand the immense pressures schools are under.
We are therefore championing the needs of schools and making applying for Kickstart-funded staff as quick and easy as possible.
One of the ways we are doing this is with our ready-made Kickstart job roles for schools, created in consultation with head teachers and other leaders in education. These are the roles that other schools have identified but you are not limited to these – you can blend elements of different roles or create your own Kickstart roles.
However, these must be new roles in your school. You cannot use them to replace any member of staff who is currently working for you, has been put on furlough or made redundant.
Also, you cannot use these roles to replace contractors who have been working for you.
If you need help, call us on 020 7046 7082. Or simply apply now and we will support you at every step of the Kickstart application process, taking away the hassle of dealing directly with the DWP.
