Senior LeaderApprenticeship plus MA in Educational Leadership
Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship plus MA in Educational Leadership is a taught course that’s focused 100% on education and designed to help you develop the skills needed for leadership in schools today.
Combining predominantly online learning with face-to-face delivery, the course includes three 2-day residentials at the Coventry University campus near Silverstone.
The course champions the principle that effective leadership makes a significant difference to the culture of a school, the well-being and effectiveness of its staff and the quality of teaching and learning, all of which impact on outcomes for pupils.
By undertaking the course you will develop authentic practical skills through the use of The Harvard Business School Case Study Method, in which analysis and discussion of professionally useful approaches to real life scenarios help to develop the skills and principles of effective leadership.
The Senior Leader Apprenticeship course is funded by the Apprenticeship Levy. Whilst the MA in Educational Leadership carries an additional fee, Coventry University awards a 100% scholarship towards this for teachers and school/college leaders.
