Contextualised for education

This programme is designed to equip such applicants with knowledge and skills in the leadership and management of an organisation such as a Multi-Academy Trust or group of schools. You will learn from the evidence of how successful organisations lead and manage their workforce, set and implement strategy and vision, and manage change. This will include working with governors and trustees and dealing with accountability. A key characteristic of the programme is providing opportunities for reflection on practical issues facing learners’ schools/trusts.

Because the majority of tuition is online this programme is highly accessible to a diverse range of individuals including those who traditionally face barriers in participating in these kinds of activities.
