Wellbeing Champion Apprenticeship
With our Wellbeing Champion Apprenticeship, we offer education professionals the opportunity to learn up-to-date, practical coaching and counselling skills, backed up by relevant research, in order to help support and coach colleagues and students. Underpinned by additional elective modules, the programme develops the necessary skills to promote wellbeing within your institution.
Predominantly online, the Wellbeing Champion Apprenticeship is particularly useful for those who want to hone their skills to actively listen, provide feedback and use coaching and counselling to support and signpost.
Learners are dual professionals who wish to use up-to-date professional knowledge and skills to support both colleagues and students across the education sector, or indeed in any employer setting, at any level. The programme delivers value to the organisation, its staff and its students. It can also be seen as a reward for those colleagues being asked to undertake additional responsibilities, as learners will gain new professionally recognised skills and qualifications.
